MISSION TANDA is a two week trip to the Solace Family Home, in Tanda, Cote d'Ivoire. During this trip we will spend time with the children of the Solace Family Home and the Jacksons, our Solace missionaries. With the help of our partner, The 1040 Initiative, we will also work on projects at the Home, the Tanda Bilingual Academy, and serve in local villages. This will be a great opportunity to not only visit the children of the Solace Family Home, but to learn more about the people and culture of Cote d'Ivoire.

This is a one night, class where parents/guardians and kids (K-6th grade) can learn together what it means to follow Jesus. Topics will include faith, Heaven, water baptism, spiritual growth, and more. This class is encouraged for kids who will be participating in water baptism during Next Steps Sunday. The night begins at 6:45pm in the 56ers room, and childcare is provided for children that are not attending this class with their parents.

Connect Night is an evening event that gives you the opportunity to meet the staff, learn more about ministries, and get connected at Solace Church. The night begins at 6pm on Sunday and childcare is provided. There will be dinner and drinks provided for everyone, including the kids. Dinner With The Pastor is a night to have a sit down meal with Lead Pastor Scott and discover the history and beliefs of Solace Church. The evening will begin at 6pm and childcare is provided. 2018 Solace Open
The 8th Annual Solace Open Golf Tournament will be held at The Canyons at Blackjack Ridge in Sand Springs, on Saturday, August 18th with an 8:30 AM tee time. Registration will begin at 7:30 AM, and we will have a putting contest at 8:15 AM. All proceeds go to the Solace Family Home in Tanda, Cote d'Ivoire. Cost is $75 per player or $300 per team. For your convenience, you can pay online, at the Hub, or at the tournament. If you do not have a full team, please fill out all of your players and you will be combined with another team.

This year all proceeds of the Solace Open Golf Tournament will benefit the next phase of completing the Solace Family Home, including construction and furnishing of an additional building for at-risk and orphaned children in Tanda, Cote d'Ivoire.

GO Weekend is a weekend dedicated to local and global missions. Saturday is an all-church serve opportunity. We will be sending teams out to serve different local organizations in our community and city. Sunday will be our normal worship service dedicated to celebrating what God is doing in our community and in Cote d'Ivoire, Africa.
We will begin at 9 AM as everyone rallies at Solace Church for a time of encouragement, supply pickup, and final instructions. At 9:30 AM all teams will be sent out to their designated locations. Most serve opportunities will conclude at 12:00 PM (unless otherwise stated on the registration form).
Everyone that registers by July 15th will receive a FREE GO Weekend t-shirt to wear during the event. There are opportunities for all ages, but free childcare is available for ages 0-5 years old from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM.
Join us during our normal service times at 9:15 AM and 11 AM. There will be worship and relevant teaching centered around God's heart for missions. We will be highlighting local opportunities as well as celebrating what God has done over the past year at the Solace Family Home in Cote d'Ivoire.

TeamSolace Family Night at ONEOK Field
All of Team Solace is invited to join us on Thursday, July 5th at ONEOK field for a summer celebration. This event is open to your entire family! Each ticket includes reserved seating for the Driller's game, and buffet style catering. The all you can eat buffet, including hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork, watermelon, baked beans, potato salad, ice cream sandwiches, and drinks, is available from 6-8pm. The game will begin at 7:05pm. Top the night off with the best fireworks show in Tulsa!
Tickets need to be picked up at The Hub at Solace on July 1.

This is an overnight camp at Student Life REC Camp in Edmond, OK, from Monday, June 11 through Friday, June 15. Students that register must have completed 6th grade through 12th grade (2017-2018 school year). Early registration will take place until April 18, and is $350 per camper. The price will increase to $375 per camper on April 19. A $50 deposit is required to hold each camper's spot. Space is limited.

This year Solace Church will be gathering together to attend the Extraordinary Women Conference at the Mabee Center on March 2 and 3! Join us for a great weekend of worship, teaching, and doing life together! There are a limited number of tickets available for $49 per person. The discounted tickets must be purchased though this form. First come, first served. Transportation to and from the Mabee Center and Lunch on Saturday are not included in the price and you will be responsible for the cost. There is no childcare for this event. Tickets are non-refundable.
The Mabee Center provides an interpreter for deaf attenders.

Superstart is a pre-teen conference for 4th-6th grade students on February 16-17, at the Mabee Center at ORU. The cost is $70 per student. This price includes the conference, transportation from and back to Solace both days, and the trip to Incredible Pizza for lunch on Saturday.

We are inviting all of Solace Church to join with us for 21 days of prayer and fasting. We will begin on Wednesday, January 10th, and end on Wednesday, January 31st with a Night of Worship for the entire church. We will be sending out prayer requests, scriptures and will have the church open from 12pm to 1pm on Monday-Friday so that you can stop by and pray at the campus during your lunch break. We will also be fasting together, which is simply giving up something for a time in order to spend it with God. What you fast from and how often is completely up to you, just make sure that you replace that time with dedicated time with God. We know He has big plans for 2018 and we want to be ready to live those out together.
We are so excited to celebrate Christmas with our Solace family! This year, we have two unique services to enjoy. Invite your friends and family to join us on December 17th for our Christmas production. This service will be full of worship, laughter, and sharing in the joy of our Savior’s birth.
Return on December 24th for an intimate worship experience with your favorite Christmas songs and the closing of our series, “The Story.” We look forward to celebrating together the greatest story of all!
Invite your friends and family to join us as we kick off the Christmas season with our Solace Family! Kids from age 2 through 6th grade will be singing and helping to tell the story of Christmas. We will celebrate with cookies and hot cocoa afterward.
Kids ages 2 through 5 will be practicing songs during class on Sunday mornings during services. There is also practice for kids 5 through 6th grade on Sunday evenings at 5:30 in the Solace Kids auditorium.

The first Sunday in December at Solace Church is GIVE Sunday. On GIVE Sunday we collect and give away 100% of our tithes and offerings to make an impact on a local, national and global scale. Last year you gave over $100,000 that blessed local schools, threw a Christmas party for families fighting childhood cancer, provided classroom supplies, decreased the number of abortions in Israel, helped medical missions in Africa, rescued women and children from ISIS, and much more.
GIVE is an incredibly important part of who Solace Church is because we believe God has called us to be generous with everything He has given us. If you have never tithed or given your money to a church, we challenge you to take a step of faith and partner with us in GIVE 2017. If you give regularly to Solace we hope you will give above and beyond your normal tithe. We want everyone to participate, no matter how big or small your capacity to give may be. Every dollar taken up will be used to make a difference.
This year GIVE is Sunday, December 3rd. We cannot wait to see the ways God will work through GIVE. We are confident that your generosity will make an impact in our community and around the world.
A casual time for widows to connect over desserts and conversation
"Coffee and Cake" is a casual time of desserts and conversations for widows in our church and our local community. This free event will be held on October 29th, at Solace Church beginning at 2pm. This will also be a great time to learn about future opportunities that will be provided for widows through Solace Church.
Our First Steps Class is for anyone looking to learn more about the principles and foundations of Christianity and what the next steps on your journey may be. This class is designed for the newer believer or those who have been away from the church for awhile, but anyone is welcome!
This class will be held off site, but childcare will be provided at the church for participants who need it.

Conquer - Camp Catalyst 2017
This is an overnight camp at Camp Victory in Mannford, OK, from Wednesday, June 14th through Saturday, June 17th. Students that register must have completed 6th grade through 12th grade (2016-2017 school year). Early registration will take place from March 19 - April 30, and is $200 per camper. The price will increase to $210 per camper on May 1. A $50 deposit is required to hold each camper's spot. Space is limited.
The 2017 Every Woman Conference will be held at Solace Church on Saturday, May 6th. This year we are excited to hear from our Keynote Speaker, Suzie Eller, from Proverbs 31 Ministries! Registration will begin at 8:30am and the Conference will begin at 9am. The Conference will end at 3:15pm. There will be a light breakfast, full lunch, and dessert bar provided. Breakout sessions will be chosen the day of the event. Pre- registration is $30 and will close on Wednesday, April 26. You can also order a limited edition Every Woman Conference T-shirt when you register. Only a limited number of shirts will be available for purchase the day of the event. At the door registration is $35 and will be open at 8:30am the morning of the event, provided spots are available.*
